Senior Sales Representative

Seeking Senior Sales Representative with previous experience in ' Business-to-Consumer' sales. The prospective candidate must be eager and knowledgeable of the sale process and have an internal drive to close deals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • SUPERIOR verbal and conversational knowledge of English language (C1 or C2 with good articulation)
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and leadership of sales representative teams
  • Excellent listening and reasoning skills
  • Resilient, persistent, and adaptable to change with strong sales decisiveness and ability to multitask
  • Energized by a challenge
  • Detail and solution oriented
  • Customer centered mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls, with successful representatives answering an average of 40 calls and closing at minimum 18% of deals daily
  • Help customers find the product best suited for their needs
  • Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive environment
  • Assist in developing workflows of inbound and outbound calls
  • Train junior representatives
  • Balance a positive customer experience with a seamless and effective sales process
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered
  • Other sales-related duties as assigned
  • Perform work based on US CST (UTC -06:00), with the shift scheduled between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (M–F) and availability to work one weekend a month between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
